Welcome!

The Handsome Point Boys present: WAAAGH! Paca, the best looking warhammer tournament anywhere!

WAAAGH! Paca offers five games of Warhammer over two days at the Waupaca Ale House, which features a restaurant / sports bar, convention center with a Comfort Suites Hotel at the venue.

WAAAGH! Paca is the bastard offspring of the Point winter tourney (RIP) and is hopefully the first of an annual gaming event. The goal of this tournament is to hang out with friends and have fun gaming while not taking ourselves too seriously (as evidenced by the Manliest Mustache competition).

Prize support will be another unique aspect of WAAAGH! Paca. The Best Overall winner will be taking home a 1/4 scale, fully functional, goblin spear chukka! Expect other unique prizes all around, hopefully nobody will go home looking to list their prizes on eBay ASAP.

NEWS-

03/02 Finally got of my lazy ass and posted the scores and results.

24/01 Well, it's only a week away!  I forgot to mention that it's a closed list tourney, make sure to bring 6 extra copies of your list; 5 for opponents after the game and 1 for us to double check your comp score to make sure we have it right.

Friday night we won't be in the main hall till after 10pm but we''ll have a smaller side room set up with a few tables for pick up games.  I should be at the venue by 5-6pm.

Also, the Alehouse does not allow outside food and drinks because they have a bar and retaurant on site..

19/01 I'm still alive!  I'm plugging along on things that I should have had done by now, but it looks like everything is going to come together OK.  Thanks for everyone who got their list in on time, hopefully I'll have some more interesting updates this weekend and more pics of prizes!

12/01 We've changed the benificiaries of our raffle to the Waupaca Humane Society.  As well as accepting warhammer stuff to raffle off, we'll take pet supplies in exchange for affle tickets as well.

02/01 Early registration is over, and thanks to everyone who has registered so far, you'll each be receiving 2 bonus points to your score!  Thanks for all the early lists for review also, final lists aren't due until the 16th but if you haven't gotten it to me by now, you'll be stuck with the score I give you without a chance for tweaking (sorry).

Check out the awards page, I've added a picture of the Best General Award- a life sized orc choppa!

Stay tuned for more updates...

01/12 Well, there's only two months left until the tourney! Unfortunately I'm recovering from an appendectomy, which has put a bit of a crimp in things, but I'm adjusting. I've made a few small changes to the scoring, so check it out, though it's nothing too major. I've pushed back the army list due date to January 16th, but if you get it in before the 1st I'll be able to get you a comp score and you can tweak it before the 16th if you wish. Remember, the registration fee goes up $5 and is non refundable after January 1st.

Thanks guys!

Ryan
